Director of Workforce-Kansas City, MO - Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce
The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce seeks an extremely motivated individual to implement our new healthcare workforce program.
The Director of Workforce will provide outreach services to assist partnering organizations connect with members of the healthcare and healthcare IT sectors on a regional basis; and partner with other organizations to develop a pipeline of credentialed healthcare workers. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of our Business Growth department.
Qualified applicants will possess:
- An ability to conduct research, analyze data, compile and present results
- An ability to effectively communicate through written and oral methods
- A demonstrated ability to create and maintain productive working relationship
- A demonstrated ability to create and execute short-range and long-range goals
Individuals interested in this new position should have experience working with healthcare recruitment; experience maintaining budgets and conducting extensive research; and expert knowledge of MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Minimum of an undergraduate degree in human resources, healthcare, healthcare administration or related field; or equivalent healthcare recruitment work experience of five years required. Must relate favorably to fast-paced and changing schedules and priorities.
